Workshops

CEAS offers multiple opportunities each year for community college educators to learn more about how to incorporate East Asian content into their classrooms. With the support of our Title VI Department of Education National Resource Center grant for 2018-2022, we are able to offer these workshops at no cost to educators. Global Opportunities Expo

The Global Opportunities Expo (GOE) is an annual event that introduces students to academic and study abroad programs, careers, initiatives, and intriguing ideas that inspire everyone to think and act globally.

The GOE is held jointly between all the University of Kansas National Resource Centers. This targeted toward the needs of community college and minority serving institutions. In the past, the GOE has consisted of study abroad presentations, career panels, language crash courses, and more!
